Blueberry Energy Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients into the container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
