Fruit Kabobs with Poppyseed Dip

What you’ll need:

  • 6 cups fresh fruit, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces (use strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, honeydew and or cantaloupe)
  • 6-8 wooden skewers

Poppyseed Dip

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon poppy seed

Directions

  1. Arrange fruit cubes and slices alternately on skewers.
  2. For Poppyseed Dip, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve dip alongside fruit kabobs. Dip also great chilled.
