Kale Chips


  • Small Kale bunch
  • Grapeseed oil (or Olive oil as substitute)
  • Sea salt

Clean a small bunch of kale leaves and lay on towels to dry.  Using a small paring knife, peel off a portion of the stem so it’s thinner.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange the kale chips on a cookie sheet with the leaf edges just touching each other.  Drizzle with grapeseed oil and sprinkle with sea salt.  Place in the oven while it is still preheating and set the timer for 15 minutes.  Remove when leaves turn slightly dark and crisp.

Eat immediately!
