Shamrock Shake-a-like

(Gluten and Dairy free)


  • 5-6 medium to large scoops of dairy free vanilla ice cream (soy and coconut work well)
  • 1/4 tsp mint or peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 to 1/3 C dairy free milk (coconut, almond, soy, etc.)
  • 5 drops of green food coloring (optional)

Using a blender (or an immersion blender) Scoop ice cream, add mint (start with small amount), and add milk – a little at a time until your desired thickness is reached.

Add dairy free whipped topping and mini chocolate chips, and serve with a straw!
