- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 TB olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 deg.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries about ½ inch thick. Toss with Olive Oil and arrange potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet or stone.
Bake for 15 minutes then flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes until edges are crisp and potatoes are cooked through. Salt and pepper if desired.
